Neil Ackroyd

Neil is a corporate finance deal professional, he trained at KPMG and Livingstone Partners prior to founding Precision Corporate Finance in 2003. He took the business through the “credit crunch” and came out of that time by winning three back-to-back awards with Business Moneyfacts.

As well as leading transactions over the last 25+ years, Neil has taken roles as Non Exec, Chairman and interim CEOs of businesses in a wide variety of sectors such as Drug and Alcohol rehab, aviation and Boat building.

Jamie Busby

Ben Crayston

Ben has spent much of the past 20 years of his career in financial services gaining an understanding of the owner-manager’s psyche and financial situation in order to help them achieve their objectives.

From providing flexible financing arrangements to fund new business ventures or to purchase luxury residences, through to providing bespoke investment strategies and portfolios tailored to each individual business owner's risk appetite and investment objectives.

Ben has passed numerous financial and investment exams and previously held the Chartered Investment Manager designation with the Canadian Securities Institute.

At Precision Ben conducts extensive research to identify potential strategic buyers for projects followed by confidential outreach, coupled with business development and client servicing activities.

Andy Griffiths

With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Griff developed a deep understanding of financial markets, risk management and strategic decision-making, which equipped him with a unique perspective on asset valuation and market dynamics.

As the co-founder of a successful UK-based firm, he gained invaluable experience in leading business strategy, operations and teams, culminating in the sale of his shares following the company’s success. This experience also provided him with firsthand insights into the complexities of business valuations and exits.

Today, he leverages his knowledge, training in financial management and analytical approach to provide consultancy services, more specifically helping the rest of the team with strategic partnerships that benefit both our partners and SME owner-managers with EVs in the region of £5-50m seeking a successful exit.
