Who's going to run the business?

Quasi-leaders are interesting prospects for becoming owner-managers.

PE have a model, where they put quasi-leaders into businesses, but they've seemingly run out of people who have the competency to run a business and also have the appetite to invest in a business themselves and make it grow.

There just aren't that many people out there with that level risk appetite.

Our solution: we have a network connected with potential leaders who have the experience, appetite and interest in owning and running a business and taking it on a growth journey.

Many thanks again to Tom Griffiths, Founder of Synergy CFO Solutions, for very kindly having Neil on his 7 Figure Leaders podcast, which you can access here: https://lnkd.in/e4Fw_Dg3
